2. To receive your coupon book, save this coupon voucher to VISITKOREA’s My Page and present it at the Foreign Customer Service Center in one of the applicable SHINSEGAE department stores.

3. Coupon book is limited to one per customer during the event period, and cannot be exchanged at multiple locations.

4. The staff may ask to see your ID or passport to check eligibility upon issuing the voucher.

5. Promotion period is from September 18 to October 11, 2026. Coupon and benefit validity may vary; refer to the information on the coupon.

6. Coupon use is limited to use at SHINSEGAE Department THE Main, Gangnam, Centum City, and Times Square.

7. Coupons can be used from the date of redemption until their expiration date.

8. Discount coupons must be shown before purchase and cannot be applied afterward.

9. Coupon use limited to one coupon per purchase in a single shop.

10. Refer to coupon for details regarding available brands, minimum purchase limits, and excluded branches.

11. Coupon usage may be restricted at certain brands and stores, and the applicability to other discount coupons, partnership benefits, or promotions is subject to the operating standards of each benefit.

12. Coupon cannot be reissued in the case of cancelling or refunding a purchase and you may be required to return the benefits received or have the corresponding amount deducted.

13. Coupons will not be reissued if lost or damaged, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred or sold to others.

14. Captured, duplicated, or altered coupons, as well as coupons obtained through abnormal means, cannot be used.

17. The brands and items of cosmetic samples may vary depending on the store and stock availability.

18. The quantity of cosmetic samples is reset every month and will end early if the monthly supply is exhausted.

19. The available quantity may vary by brand. Cosmetic sampling coupons at The Main and Gangnam are provided as a single stamp coupon; they are issued only once per customer and will not be reissued.

1. This offer is limited to VISITKOREA members registered as a SHINSEGAE Duty Free member (must be over 14 years of age).

2. To receive your benefits, save this coupon voucher to VISITKOREA’s My Page and present it at the Customer Service Center in SHINSEGAE Duty Free Myeongdong (12F).

※ Shopping Voucher is be applied to your SHINSEGAE Duty Free membership, while UnionPay benefits will be given as a paper voucher.

3. This benefit can be used only once per member during the event period and is limited to non-Korean foreign individual travelers. (Group tours and guide-accompanied tourists are not eligible)

4. Shopping Voucher Can be used only by foreign individual travelers at Shinsegae Duty Free(Myeongdong, Incheon Int’l Airport T1/T2).

5. Shopping Voucher is valid until October 31, 2026 and cannot be used after the date has passed (Cannot be used in conjunction with another Shipping Voucher).

6. Shopping Voucher cannot be used for some brands depending on the policy of Shinsegae Duty Free or the respective brand.

7. If a purchase made with a Shopping Voucher is canceled or refunded and it is expired as of the date of cancellation, the Shopping Voucher will not be reissued or refunded.

8. Shopping Voucher cannot be ceded to a third party or exchanged for cash.

9. Some benefits may not apply to products discounted by 30% or more or to certain brands.

10. For the UnionPay Payback event, purchases of certain brands or products discounted by at least 30%, as well as amounts covered by coupons or Shopping Vouchers, are excluded from the qualifying purchase amount.

11. If you cancel a purchase, you must return the UnionPay payback benefit. If the benefit has already been used and cannot be returned, you must compensate the equivalent amount in cash.

12. Please refer to the back of the voucher for usage precautions of each benefit.
